They can't do there job properly braces come lose within a day. Made up lies to get me of having braces even though entitled to it under the NHS

Very bad treatment by an unexperinece orthodontic. My daughter got her worse than how she had before.

Sorry but another bad experience at Eastgate. This time on the new gen with my daughter (9) referred to the orthodontist as no sign of canines due to an accident at school. It’s been mentioned in notes daughter had an injury yet they won’t see her until she’s ten and if the canines come in then what? Main issue here is I had to call and chase the answer. This is why you don’t employ unskilled personnel to communicate with patients

Excellent service from Nicola and the team. Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. Good advice given. Relatively easy to book repeat appointments. Nicola also treated my daughter (at her previous practice) and had excellent treatment.

She’s a very good orthodontist, so glad that she’s the one who looks after my daughters braces. (very knowledgable) My daughter Millie loves coming to your practice. Every one is always helpful and kind. Can’t recommend enough !!

The Dr Melanie Kidner is friendly, calming and understanding of my daughters unique needs. Whatever dental work you require you won't find a better place to go than Eastgate.
