I had a very positive experience with Dr Cara Daper at the dental surgery. She took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and clearly explain her findings and recommendations. She patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. Dr Cara was professional, kind and attentive throughout the appointment, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received, and I would also like to thank the entire team at the surgery for being so welcoming and helpful.

Had an emergency appointment this past Saturday after neglecting the dentist for the past 3 years and they welcomed me gracefully and the head dentist Shehla with her assistant Zara helped me with my procedure and even gave me various options to cover the costs of this and even stayed after hours to accommodate me which I massively appreciated especially when I was in pain and they understanding that my availability was limited through the week. Very pleased with the outcome, thank you to the team and even a notable mention to the receptionist who was very kind and welcoming!

I had a really positive experience at this practice. My check-up went smoothly and efficiently, but I never felt rushed or overlooked. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which makes a big difference during dental visits. The waiting room is very clean, and the dental room I visited was spotless as well. Waiting times can sometimes run about 30 minutes over, but the quality of care and professionalism make it worthwhile. Overall, I had a great experience.

As others have mentioned the online appointment booking system needs work where I dropped a star. The appointment I was given online was with a pediatric dentist(for children) but I was not made aware but thankfully my 08.30 apt was moved to 09.00 The staff were very friendly and informative. Radhika was friendly and also clear and concise. I will recommend!

I’ve always felt anxious about visiting the dentist, but my dentist Mrs A Gohil’s calm, reassuring and thorough approach has completely changed my experience. I now feel confident that I’m receiving the very best care for my teeth. Thank you! The entire team is always very welcoming and pleasant.

Had 3 tooth fillings done today, and the experience was excellent. The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommend.

Good to get same day appointment when I was in pain. Dentist explained everything well including the bad news that the only tooth I have left to chew with is cracked & has to come off. She was so serious I did feel like having an encounter with the grim reaper just before Christmas! Now on soup for life
