Really impressed with initial consultation today under NHS with dr ziad safi. Modern dental practice, air con was most welcome with the heatwave at the moment. Professional and friendly, the dentist introduced himself and his nurse. Gentle, thorough and explained things well. Glad i changed from my former dentist.

I have been going to Pennypot for many years & they are honestly the best. I have been treated so well in their practice & Dr Nathani is just amazing! As someone who was nervous to go to the dentist she has really put me at ease, so professional, talks you through your options & is just so friendly. Could not recommend more highly, she's fixed my smile so many times I would never go to another dentist.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the orthodontist team from start to finish. We decided to pay privately for my daughter’s braces, which turned out to be the best decision. She has just had her braces removed and now has the most beautiful smile. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Alice, the treatment coordinator, was lovely and welcoming from the very beginning and instantly put us at ease. Gareth has been fantastic throughout; he is incredibly person-centred and has truly gone above and beyond to support us on this journey. It’s been a pleasure getting to know the whole team, everyone has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Gareth and his team.

I couldn’t recommend Pennypot Dental enough, especially Omar and Alice. They were both incredibly patient and took the time to share helpful recommendations and guidance, clearly explaining each step of my treatment journey. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. Alice was always available at the end of the phone whenever I needed to talk through any stage of the treatment, and Omar delivered incredible care. He was very informative throughout the process, making sure I understood everything along the way. I now have my new teeth and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results. I hadn’t initially considered Invisalign, but I’m so glad I did. The treatment was surprisingly quick, and the replacements were made to look as close to my natural teeth as possible. They’ve truly achieved the smile I had always imagined.

Always friendly and helpful. Surgery is always clean and tidy, gives you confidence that you are dealing with a professional organisation. Good parking facilities and large air conditioned waiting room! I will certainly recommend to all my friends and family!

I have been with Pennypot Dental practice now for 30 years. All staff have always been so caring and understanding with the treatment I have had over this time. However I would like to personally mention Omar and his nurses who have been absolutely amazing, patient and compassionate during some major dental work I have had recently. Dr Josh was very friendly and attentive during my dental check-up. He took the time to carefully examine everything and made the appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. Because of his attentiveness, he noticed some suspicious white spots on my gums and referred me for further inspection. I’m very grateful for his thorough care and professionalism. Thank you, Dr Josh.
