Excellent dentist that at the time of reviewing were accepting NHS, as opposed to the many that aren't. Off road parking and a clean and tidy practice. One of the better dental experiences I've had over the past 60 years.

I have been waiting 7 months for a tooth extraction and still waiting, Reception don't call you back?! 7 months of pain and bleeding from the nose and ear 3 or 4 times a week due to the tooth needing extraction ?!. Every time i phone its someone will ring you back tomorrow and let you know! Four days later still no call, practice manager never about?! ABSOLUTELY disgusted, no care for their patients. This is my experience at My Dentist Ashford .

Lovely experience, made sure I was comfortable and happy with anything I had done, unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the lovely ladies 🤦‍♀️ but 10/10 experience. Better than the care I have received before x

Absolutely wonderful staff from the minute you walk in and meet the receptionists to the Dental Practioners and nurses..Had teeth cleaned. My dentist was so caring and gentle, usually my teeth "ache" but nothing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very disappointing experience. Appointments are constantly being cancelled and rescheduled with no proper organization. You wait weeks just to be given another long delay. It feels like they’re making something extremely complicated, not just treating a tooth. I’ve been going back and forth for ages with no real progress. Really frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Fabulous experience I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentists, I recently paid my first visit to "my dentist" I was treated with understanding and kindness the best experience with a dentists ever.

I recently visited mydentist for a check-up, and after the examination, the duty dentist, Labiquah, scheduled me for a second visit the next day for an x-ray and cleaning. On my second visit, I mentioned experiencing intermittent pain. Labiquah used her professional judgment to extract the tooth since I was in pain. This was a massive relief as I did not need to wait to see a specialist for the extraction. The procedure was painless and efficient, without any drama. Labiquah is the best dentist I have ever met. Her words of encouragement, reassurance, and smile were superb. Thank you, mydentist. The NHS service is brilliant in terms of cost and multiple treatments for the same band of cost. Kaifala Keita
