Friendly staff and good service – just hard to find on your first visit I visited Springfield Dentist in Arbroath with a patient recently and had a really positive experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind – they made sure everything was clearly explained and put us at ease. The waiting area was clean and quiet, and the whole process felt well-organised and stress-free. However, I want to point out that the location is quite tricky to find if it’s your first time. There isn’t much signage outside, and the entrance isn’t obvious. It’s actually just to the left of the Prestige Nursing and Care building – you might easily walk past it if you’re not sure where to go. A small sign or clearer directions at the main road would really help new patients. Overall, though, once you find the place, the service is excellent and the team are genuinely caring. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for NHS dental care in the Arbroath area.
Had an emergency dental appointment yesterday and both the Dentist Ellis and Assistant Morgan were absolutely brilliant and this review is my way of saying thanks so much. They kept me informed at every stage and they both were very relaxed and patient, professional and respectful through the whole process. Dream dental teams do exist and I’ve met them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t thank all the staff at the practice enough! They have been helpful, friendly and compassionate. I’ve received amazing treatment that has literally cured my life long dental phobia.
Had severe toothache & had to get an emergency appointment & as I am not local wasn't holding my breath but I manged to get 1 all I can say is I cannot rate them highly enough, I explained that I was highly nervous as am terrified of the dentist, all the staff were so lovely from the receptionist I initially spoke to to the Ellis & Elaine the actual dentist & dental nurse, so kind & caring took their time in explaining everything that was to be done & gave me time to calm down with their help, I cannot thank them enough for all their help today
