It has went completely downhill. I travelled all the way up from England. I was booked in for a full scale and polish which I did not get and also a filling which I also did not get. Honestly. Waste of money, waste of a trip. Great to be laughed at walking out the place as well by the Bew receptionist. Classy, totally, yeah? Honestly you all need to get a life and actually do your jobs correctly. I'm heavily disheartened by the way I've been treated and after suffering a traumatic head injury down south to then come up to be treated like that is I'm sorry but the lowest of the low. I've trusted this dentist for many many years and now, no, I absolutely do not. At all! Don't go there; save yourself and look after the people you care about instead. Save yourself the embarrassment and don't get into controlling and abusive relationships cause it shows not even your dentist actually cares now. Didn't realise we rewinding back 100 years within a year. Ian Robertsons. I am not happy, not at all.
