Nurse Selma was wonderful throughout kind, attentive, and always reassuring, which made a real difference to my mum’s experience. Olivia and the wider administrative team were equally impressive. They were consistently organised, efficient, and approachable, always willing to help and ensuring everything ran smoothly. After attending my appointment with Lisa today for hygiene treatment, I was extremely pleased with how the treatment went. Normally I don't enjoy going for hygiene treatment due to very sensitive teeth, this was not the case today, undertaking an extremely welcome experience that was pain free. This was my first appointment with Professor Yar, an absolute professional gentleman with Invaluable knowledge, who treated me with kindness, understanding, compassion and took time to listen to my childhood issues and fear, to genuinely take care when carrying out the tests and scans, knowing how traumatised I can become in this environment and situation, this was an absolute life saver for me, I actually cried when I got in the car on the way home from sheer relief in finding Professor Yar and knowing I am in safe hands, which believe me I can’t say I’ve ever felt so understood as I did, the reception staff, the nurses who were in the room with Professor Yar, absolutely wonderful, kind caring and again totally understanding of my trauma. After being dismissed by another dentist and suffering 9 months of intermitant swelling, facial pain, jaw pain, swollen glands and so on from a root canal and crown carried out by another practice, I have full trust and faith that Professor Yar will go above and beynond to help resolve my complicated symptoms, if like myself you are petrified of the dentist or have suffered a past trauma that stops you from going to the dentist please don't suffer in pain, go to see Professor Yar, this is a totally rare and unique specialist dental practice, they are genuine and they CARE. I am coming to the end of my journey with The team at Square dental clinic. My case has been complex and after 2 1/2 years of visiting I am over the moon. I was a very anxious and nervous patient but i was always reassured. I can now enjoy my food and also have a smile I am very happy with.
