Dr Junaid was fantastic through every stage. What I really liked was the way he described everything before it happened, both before the surgery and during the implant process. I also met two other dentists who were also excellent. The visual results are excellent but it’s too early to say how they perform, as I only had my crowns fitted today. I also want to give a shout out to Minnie who looked after the booking and admin process, and kept me entertained whilst I was waiting for my appointments.

The whole team are attentive, kind and genuinely phenomenal. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in the right place. Had my first appointment at truly dental. Everyone was really nice and made me comfortable. The dentist answered all my questions. Was very pleased and looking forward to continuing my treatments here.

My experience at Truly dental was simply Amazing . Walking in to my first appointment I was made to feel so relaxed with such a warm and friendly welcome from lovely Minnie. I had x-rays etc with Katia who continued to put me at ease. I was introduced to Dr Junaid . He was very approachable yet professional in his manner. He looked over my X-rays while I waited for the "Hidden extras bit" There were None!! The price I had seen advertised was the price I would pay and that included all extractions! I would need sedation which wasn't included but obviously needed . There was No hard sell. No pressure to commit. Just good honest dental advice. The surgery was painless. I had every confidence in Dr Junaid and his team I drifted off to sleep and woke up wrapped in a warm fluffy blanket . I left that day with my beautiful temporary New teeth. Aftercare is also 100%. with exchangeable phone calls and texts just to check in with each other. In summary. My Truly Dental experience was 5*. A warm and friendly welcome. A Highly qualified and very gentle dental surgeon and his wonderful team. No nonsense pricing. No hidden extras No pressure to commit Quick appointment time and Excellent after care. I cannot recommend Truly Dental enough. I’ve been researching dental implants for over a year and visited multiple practices, but I never felt as comfortable or confident as I did the moment I sat down with Dr. Junaid Iqbal. The Consultation & Planning The process started with a thorough consultation and a high-tech 3D scan. Dr. Iqbal was incredibly transparent, walking me through all my options, the pros, and even the potential risks. After confirming I had ample bone structure, we discussed the aesthetics—everything from tooth shape to color—to ensure the final result would look perfect. Transparent Pricing One of the most helpful parts was the financial discussion. They offered multiple payment options, from lump-sum payments to manageable plans, which made the decision much easier. The Procedure Today (Feb 6th) was my second visit to have the implants fitted. If I could give anyone advice: don't waste your time going anywhere else. I was nervous at first, but that was the only "discomfort" I felt all day. From the moment Minnie greets you at the front desk to the procedure itself, you are in the safest hands possible. Next Steps The "hard part" is over and now it’s all about healing. I’ll be back in May to have my permanent teeth fitted. If you want a team that is professional, honest, and genuinely cares, Truly Dental is the place to go.

I had my implant done here and the whole experience was excellent. The dentist was professional, gentle, and very reassuring, explaining everything clearly throughout. The nurse and receptionist were also absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made such a difference. I felt well cared for from start to finish and the result looks and feels completely natural. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone.
