Had my first visit today at Ringway in Altrincham and I’m honestly so impressed. The whole place is beautiful, you can tell so much thought has gone into every little detail and it smells incredible. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to be back!!! The free coffee is a bonus 😬

So glad Ringway has come to Alty! The practice is incredible. The new space is more like a spa than a dental practice. You can tell all the small details have been considered. Elevated the whole experience. Match that with the warmest team - Claire (dentist) and Kate (hygienist) I would recommend to everyone! Very grateful for the service I receive from Ringway.

I’ve been seeing Stephen for a couple of years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I did a huge amount of research before choosing a dentist because I wanted someone who could create a natural-looking smile, and Stephen exceeded all my expectations. He really listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results. I visited the new clinic today, and it’s stunning. The ambience is luxurious, relaxing, and incredibly calming. Congratulations to the whole team on such a beautiful space. I also have to mention the lovely front-of-house team, who are always so welcoming, professional, and friendly. They make every visit a pleasure from the moment you walk through the door. Ringway Dental is genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the whole experience felt completely different from a typical dental appointment. The aesthetic of the practice and the way you’re treated makes it feel more like being in a spa than at the dentist! The team were so welcoming and offer a range of drinks on arrival before I went in to see Dr Dodd. He makes the entire experience feel as relaxed and non-clinical as possible, with a TV on the ceiling so you can watch a show while they work! There’s even a post-treatment room where I was offered another drink and could sit back and relax before I continuing with my day. Dr Dodd was amazing. With only days to go before my wedding, I needed some composite bonding fixed and instead of just doing what I originally asked for, he talked me through better options and came up with a solution that looked even better. I called on the Friday for advice and within just four days I was wedding ready. The team even kindly posted my retainers out to me. I highly recommend the practice. Every single person there genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible while also making sure the treatment and services are what work best for you.

The practice is beautiful and welcoming. My experience from the moment I arrived was fantastic. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. My Dentist, Dr Claire, was amazing. Reassuring and very knowledgeable. She carried out my treatment very carefully explaining everything as she went as I am nervous about dental work. The whole experience was very pleasant. I recently had composite bonding done by Dr Claire Spencer at Ringway Dental ahead of my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentists, every single member of staff is fantastic. You can really tell they genuinely value each customer and care about giving a great experience from start to finish. The whole service felt incredibly professional and luxurious. The Altrincham practice itself is absolutely stunning and doesn’t feel like a typical dentist at all, which really helped me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. When I first had my composite bonding done, I initially felt a little overwhelmed and realised I wanted the shape to look slightly softer and more natural. Claire was so understanding and accommodating and managed to fit me in just a few days later, and she softened the shape straight away, it looked miles better. She then booked me in again two weeks later just to make sure I was completely happy once I’d had time to adjust and live with them for a bit. At that appointment we made a few final tweaks, and now they are absolutely perfect. I am SO happy with the results and so glad I chose Ringway Dental and Dr Claire. I’m so grateful to the whole team for helping me feel confident in my smile for my wedding.
