I had an emergency appointment with Shazia today and herself and Erin were absolutely amazing! They are so kind and caring and very very helpful. They were also absolutely fantastic with my brother inlaw who has server SEND needs and they went above and beyond with him! A massive thank you to Kristine who sat with adam during my treatment all the staff were absolutely fantastic and I cant fault them at all! Thank you all so so much

I've been I client of Genix for over 10 years. I have had a lot of work done from fillings, crowns, and composite bonding always been happy with them. All the staff are brilliant. I have also had to go in as and emergency in a lot of pain and they have done their best to help.

2 trips to the Dendist in 1 day. I was told I needed some work done and I was very nervous. Riyana made me feel totally at ease. Explaining what needed done and when she was going to start each step. I felt no pain during or after. The dental assistant was also very comforting all the way through and I felt like I was in great hands. I would totally reccomend Riyana and her assistant when going to Genix Dental Clinic Alnwick. Thank you Riyana.

As a private patient paying a direct debit, I was astounded to receive a letter saying that I may incur charges under NHS rules(?) because I have not completed a treatment. The treatment in question was a filling which I paid £80 deposit, 50% total cost. Unfortunately I couldn't make the appointment so lost that £80. I've now received a threatening letter, what a great way to run a business. I won't be back, and will ensure others are aware of their procedures.

I broke a back tooth on holiday and needed emergency care today. Robyn was exceptional and put me totally at ease. After a thorough examination and x ray, the tooth could not be safely restored and needed to be extracted. I am a nervous patient and didnt feel a thing! Well done, such a professional team, highly recommended!

Unreal service booked online for an emergency appointment and Robin and Katie had 2 root canal treatments pain free carried out within 2 weeks. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
