Butterworth Dental Practice

Just had my daughter for her check - up , From checking in on reception from Cheryl and then in the surgery amazing care from Emma and Helen who talked to her all the way through the appointment. My daughter now feels at ease to go back .

Absolutely amazing place, I'm from Manchester so I'm not from this area I came up for a Christmas holiday and ended up with the worst toothache ever. 111 had referred me to Butterworth Dental Practice and I was worried only because of my anxiety as it's bad and this being a area I'm not familiar with, however I went and was greeted ever so nicely they treat you well even allowed me the use of the reception phone to get home. If I could I'd rate this 10 stars perfect place amazing and kind staff. They make you feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly safe. Thank you ever so much for your help

A 72 years of age I have just had a tooth extracted at Butterworths. What an excellent team! From Reception to dentist and dental nurse they were brilliant. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and the care options were fully explained to me in a very clear manner. Full marks from me and thank you. I even passed Mr Butterworth on the stairs who asked me how I was.

Butterworth's have been my dentist for probably 30 years. They have been and are fantastic, receptionists always very polite and all the dental staff very professional. Many many thanks.

Can never get through to make appt. Then they kick you off the list for not making one. No warning they just kick you out . No one answers the phone. Dentists are good if you can get to actually make an appt with any of them! Service has gone downhill and receptionists need to answer the phone. Iv been on hold for 30 mins so far and still have repetitive awful music playing. Just dreadful service

Butterworth Dental Practise is an exceptionally good establishment. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I'm personally a bit of a wimp with medical things, but I never have any concerns with any procedure at the practise, you are in the very best of hands. I couldn't rate them highly enough.

Had recent tooth ache, they got me straight in and sorted within 20 minutes of arriving now pain free, great service thanks to all
