Omnia Dental Care (Baxenden Dental Practice)

I have been with this practice for many years and it has definitely improved over the years. My current dentist is absolutely amazing, with the level of care, professionalism and attention to detail I always feel well looked after and have complete confidence in his work. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, my wife had an appointment with the dental hygienist for a teeth cleaning, and for the fourth time they cancelled her appointment. She had already made it clear on the phone that it was urgent, because her gums were bleeding as it had been too many months since her last cleaning. And for the umpteenth time, they found an excuse to cancel the appointment. She had even asked for time off work to go to the appointment. She is really disappointed.

Amazing dental practice, myself and my 2 girls have been here for over 2 years now and we where all really nervous. Now my girls don't bother at all.

Hi, please avoid this dentist at all costs, waste of time no customer care skills at all. I went in today to cancel my appointment and the Asian receptionist was so rude. Spoke to me like a child. She said i have been took of the books, I asked to speak to the manager & owner Dr Malek who couldn't be bothered to come and speak to me.

I went today for my first treatment after an initial check up a few days ago. I am a SUPER nervous patient and I feel like Mr Abrahem Malik went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. He was extremely professional and patient as I am a patient who struggles terribly (for context I had a bit of a fainting spell after the process). His assistant was very good also, and I have found the receptionists to be very helpful on both occasions - especially the young man they have in their employ. I have read some of the poor reviews here and feel that people would do well do to understand the costings and procedures, and practice rules, before leaving poor reviews as my experience has been superb in all ways. I am very happy with my appointments and can't thank the practice enough for their support today. I feel that I will be less nervous as a result, going forward.

I had been with this dental practise for about a year. Could'nt fault them until this morning. Phoned up to make an appointment, because a filling had come out, only to be told I had been removed from their books. When I asked why, I was told it was because of two appointments I was supposed to have gone to had been cancelled, and it was decided by the dentist to take me off. They had not had the decency to phone me or emailed about. It's an absolute disgrace the way I've been treated. Now having trouble trying to find a dentist taking on NHS patients.

Today I had a root canal by the superb dentist Jamal. I can't praise him enough, he was so kind, and very gentle. He explained everything every step of the way, and put me at ease throughout. The nursing staff were very pleasant and also very professional. Thank you all. I would certainly recommend this dental practice.
