Always pleasant and welcome atmosphere.I cannot recommend Mastric Smile Care enough! They are absolutely fantastic with both myself and my 7 yo daughter. Going to the dentist can be daunting for kids, but the team here goes above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and even excited for her visits. The staff is incredibly gentle, patient, and professional. If you’re looking for a wonderful family dentist, this is the place!

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The whole team was professional and welcoming, which really put me at ease. A special mention to nurse Kamila, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Her warm attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. Newly registered with Mastrick Smile Care and attended our registration check up. We had our 2 children with us, and the staff were all lovely with them. They both left with some goodies and the dentist took extra care to make sure they weren't frightened. My husband and I both had an excellent scale and polish. Very happy with the service, the dentist & dental nurse were excellent and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I have a lot of anxiety at dentists from previous experiences, but the dentist here and the dental nurses have SO much patience. My first dentist appointment in 10 years ended up me having a panic attack and the staff were so good with me. They kept checking I was doing ok and always stopped to give me a break. Lovely people and a lovely clean practice.

Absolutely brilliant! I am one of those anxious patients with horrible previous experience. The dentist was amazing, very reassuring. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. Team at this dental practice is hands down the best I've encountered so far. Doctors, nurses and receptionist, all fantastic!

Absolutely brilliant service! I went with my 3 kids and was so worried about how I'd cope but the staff were absolutely amazing! One of my kids were quite scared which they didn't force her to do her teeth. Cannot express how impressed I was. And actually got my teeth seen to properly at this dentist when the other dentist I was at said my teeth were fine and I knew they weren't! They even gave the kids bouncy balls which was totally random but the kids absolutely loved it! I loved it! Totally at ease now with the dentist 🙂 keep up the good work guys! Thank you!
