From booking to treatment, everything ran perfectly. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, and I was seen right on time. Dr.Naga explained the treatment clearly and carried it out with great care. The dental nurse was supportive and attentive throughout the appointment. The practice is modern, hygienic, and very well managed. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No means to phone practice in emergency, not even able to leave a message. email communication to reschedule a bit sketchy. Treatment was fine, although the lack of Saturday appointments in the last year has been trying, especially as my young person has exams this year.

Dentistry went really well. A couple of times we felt that we were not getting much information from one of the dentists. A couple of times when braces were broken, the same dentist did not alleviate concerns or feel motivated to fix. That being said the female dentist was exceptional and my daughter could not be happier with her results.

GAUTHAM SIVAMURTHY: Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was negative. His manner came across as quite arrogant, which also frightened the children. As a parent, I did not feel able to ask questions, as he frequently interrupted and did not allow me to discuss another option. I would like to bring to the doctor’s attention that we live in a country where people have the right to ask questions and receive information regarding their care. The receptionist and the assistant were very kind and helpful, but the doctor’s behavior was problematic. I have no experience with other doctors at this practice.

Great service! This was essential work for my son. His sensory needs and his initial anxiety were handled really sensitively and made the treatment possible. The encouragement given meant he stuck to all the rules and got a good result. Thanks for everything!

My daughter was under the care of Aberdeen Smile Design for two years with fixed braces and our experience was hugely positive. During that time she had regular appointments for adjustments where they would outline progress and next steps. I can only think of two occasions that we had to go back, once when a small part of the brace was rubbing the inside of her mouth (we'd already been provided dental wax in case that happened) and another when she couldn't remember where rubber bands should be placed. Her braces were removed without any issues and she had a retainer ready to take home within a couple of hours. My daughter's smile has been completely transformed, all thanks to the team at Abercrombie Smile Design.

My son has been attending for approximately 2 years. Staff have been friendly, helpful snd professional. They kept us informed about the process. The building and rooms are always very clean and tidy. Appointments are usually veey punctual. Particular thanks to Meer who we saw regularly
