I recently returned to Northwick Manor to see Kieron after not visiting the dentist for quite some time, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure I understood each step and answering all of my questions thoroughly. Kieron was professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the appointment, which really helped ease any nerves I had. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients stood out, and I left feeling much more confident about my dental health. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. The dentists always take the time to get to know me and listen to my needs/concerns. They explain everything clearly and are all very patient and gentle, especially when I had a tooth extracted. Would definitely recommend!

I have recently joined Northwick Manor Dental Practice. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and always happy to help with appointments or questions. The dentists and clinical team are outstanding- incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and meticulous in their work. The practice itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which really shows in the quality of treatment provided. A special mention must go to dental hygienist Katie McCann, who always goes above and beyond to make the experience particularly reassuring. Her kindness and patience truly stands out and this has made a real difference to my visits.

The customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced! Always warm, professional, consistent and caring every single visit. I’ve been attending this practice for the past couple of years and it really is fantastic. Having lived in various parts of the UK and abroad, I can honestly say this is the best dental practice I’ve attended. I always feel confident in the care I receive. The whole team are professional, friendly and efficient, and there’s a genuine sense that everyone cares about maintaining high standards of patient care. It’s rare to experience such consistently excellent care and it truly deserves to be acknowledged. From the warm welcome at reception to appointments with Faith and Joanna, the experience is always positive. A special mention to Georgia too, who has been brilliant in helping me maintain a healthy smile. Highly recommend.

Superb dental practice! Staff are all fabulous, very friendly & welcoming. Treatments from dentist & hygienist are always top notch. I am so glad I was recommended to come here after issues with my previous dentist. I am now doing the same to others. Best dental practice is Worcester by far.
