I would like to say a big thank you to Neha and Bev for the excellent care during my appointment. Neha is a fantastic dentist—very professional, gentle, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Bev was also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and very supportive, which made the experience even better. I had a very positive experience during my visit with my daughter. Dr Nena was extremely kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and treated my child with great care and patience. Nurse Fatou was also very friendly and supportive. She helped create a calm and welcoming environment, which really made a difference for my daughter.Thanks for gave us good service.

Dentist: Neha Nurse: Ana This team is absolutely top class. I've had several extractions with Neha and she has always been superb and everything you could want in a dentist; professional, kind, compassionate, skilled, conscientious. Today I had a difficult extraction of two teeth, one of which had a long root but was badly damaged and she was concerned it may not come out cleanly or would break during the process but she did it perfectly. She didn't have much room to work as it was between two other loose teeth but she worked at it steadily and, while asking me several times if I was ok or needed a break, managed to get both teeth out perfectly. Nurse Ana covered all the post-extraction details with me and was fantastic during the extraction, working as a great team with Neha and always having anything that was needed ready to go and also making sure I was comfortable. They really are a credit to the practice and five stars really isn't enough. Note: I'm writing this from my google account which isn't my real name but my initials are P.C. and date of treatment was 19/5/26.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Neha and their nurse Saj.They are both extremely professional, caring and attentive. Dr. Neha explained every step of the procedure clearly, making me feel comfortable and nurse was supportive, gentle . I am grateful Dr. Neha is my Dentist .Highly recommended.

I'm 99% sure the male dentist did not wash his hands. he went to the toilet that is in the waiting area, the toilet flushed and he ran out. The was no time for him to wash his hands he was already on the other side of the waiting room and the toilet was still flushing. SURELY they you are meant to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds??? you deal with peoples mouths and not washing your hands after you go to the toilet. i will not be coming here again.

Dr Assadi is brilliant and I am grateful that he is my dentist. I am a wreck every time I have to have any work done, but Dr Assadi does everything he can to make my visit as comfortable as possible.

Poor reception harj very argumentative have no skills at all to talk to customers been very rude and putting the phone down to customers however, I put these points across to the manager, and other workers are are very understanding and listen to me hopefully, they will make the right decisions their reception read other reviews too I’m not the first and I won’t be the last to have a bad experience from reception
