I was very impressed with how thorough my 'New Patient' appointment was. My new dentist was excellent at explaining the treatment I need and was very professional as well as kind and reassuring. The Receptionist was also really lovely and helpful and the whole experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. Thank you.

Kelly and Tracy conducted my treatment and i’m beyond grateful for them for being so caring and patient with me. I have been with this dental practice for over 30 years and it has always been extremely well run with very friendly staff both on the dental side and the administrative. Dr Greenway was my dentist for many years until his retirement a few years ago and care has since seamlessly transitioned to the new team who have picked up the baton in providing quality services with a friendly and welcoming feel. Well recommended to anyone that is looking for private dental services!

We have been using Walford Mill Dentists for years now. We were a bit nervous when Neil retired but the new team continue the caring, friendly, professional service. I like their common sense approach in not tinkering with old fillings (and I have plenty) unless they really deteriorate. I have a hearing impairment and struggle to hear when people wear masks, they are very sensitive to this and even remember without prompting. Great customer service, thoroughly recommended.

I’ve got to say, all the staff have been great. A big shout out to Abby. I had my hygienist appointment with her today. She was lovely and made me feel at ease. Absolutely great experience!

The staff at The Walford Mill dental practice are extremely proficient and professional in the service they provide. Their pricing is on par with other practices and they have been very helpful in setting up a dental care plan, costings and appointments.

The best dentist there is by far. Lovely receptionists, and dentists that immediately put you at ease. Perfect for extremely nervous patients like myself. Can’t recommend high enough. Will never trust anyone else with my dental care apart from these guys!
