Bupa Dental Care Wimborne

Fantastic dental practice. The staff are always so lovely and kind. The place feels very warm and friendly and I feel at ease coming for appointments.

I developed tooth pain just before Christmas. With a very narrow window on Christmas Eve I rang at 8:00am to ask if there was any chance that I could be seen. I was seen by 8:15, diagnosed and given antibiotics immediately. All covered by my dental plan. The service could not have been better from the receptionist and the dentist.

Very disappointing with this Bupa Dentist after been a patient for years - both my children are away at University in USA and before they return I tried to make a hygienist appt the receptionist was very unhelpful and as my children were both 18 I could NOT make an appointment on their behalf, I was then informed because they had not been for 2 years they had been removed (without any knowledge or phone call ) from the Patient List and were no longer patients there, If they wanted to see a dentist they had now to pay a NEW PATIENT FEE £95 - after been patients there for years I think this is absolutely appalling. I immediately phoned a new dentist in Wimborne where I was able to make an appointment on behalf of my children and we all left Bupa never to return !!!!!

Fantastic practice. Chris is a brilliant dentist and really inspires confidence. He is extremely professional and caring and does everything to make you feel at ease whilst keeping you fully informed. The hygienists and nurses are also great and reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Special shout out also to hygienist Georgia. I was a really nervous dental patient before joining the practice and had some periodontal issues which have been managed and continue to be, really well. My 12 year old daughter is looked after equally well too. Can't recommend the practice highly enough. Thank you!

Wimborne Bupa is an excellent dental practice. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist that looks after me is Chris and he is superb. He has saved my teeth and is so understanding. I hate having my tongue touched but he has got me over this. He is thoroughly professional and a really decent bloke.

I heard this dental practice was great from a number of people so was excited to change from my original dentist in Worcestershire. I was blown away by the professionalism and care, from front of house through to the actual dentist who treated me. Friendly, unhurried, kept me abreast of what he was doing or proposing to do. And the checks! Wow- he checks for cancer of the mouth, whether your saliva glands are working properly, if your jaw hinge is moving correctly, colour of eyes, skin etc. for liver function - and more! -amazing Best dentist I've ever had and I look forward to the further treatment as we have agreed.
