Honestly really amazed with the service we revieved today from start to finish for my children! Welcomed by a friendly smile at reception, then Iman and her assistant was fantastic with the children from start to finish, we had anxious children coming in and left with an extremley positive experience and happy kiddies that are already talking about their next appointment. Polite and helpful staff, the dentists put 100% effort every time. The place is always spotlessly clean and has beautiful fresh flowers. They immediately notify patients of appointments and send reminders closer to the day.

I've been a patient with the Willows Dental Practice for nine years, and it's always a positive experience. This is due to the receptionists, dental nurses and dentists all working together to provide a professional and confidence-inspiring environment where you can relax, place yourself in their hands, and feel assured you're going to be looked after. The staff at this practice are well versed in all things dentistry, and it shows through in their competence, from being greeted in reception to engaging with treatment, and any worries you may have of visiting a dentist are easily displaced. In regard to the practice property itself, it's a really nice building, very clean and very modern, and the reception area is lovely and peaceful while you wait for your appointment. As I mentioned, I've been with the practice as a patient for almost a decade and I haven't had a single bad experience, which is pretty amazing considering the staff are, after all, human yet consistently manage to provide a top-notch harmonious environment to have your teeth looked after year upon year upon year. The Willows dental practice is a dental oasis in a time where finding a good dental practice can prove difficult.

I have been seeing Dr Mehr Karim for a while now, and every appointment has been consistently excellent. What really stands out is how much she prioritizes patient comfort. She always checks in, explains each step, and never rushes through anything. As someone who used to dread the dentist, I now feel completely at ease every time i visit. Shes also just a genuinely kind and thoughtful person, which makes a huge difference! Thank you Dr Mehr.

Avoid this Dentist! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental practice. I initially went in for a root canal, expecting to pay £83 as advertised, but was shocked to receive a bill for £455 instead. At no point was I given a treatment plan, nor was I informed about the costs beforehand or given the opportunity to consent to the additional charges. When I raised my concerns with the dentist, rather than addressing the issue professionally, she became defensive and blamed me for the miscommunication. She even went as far as to say that after 25 years in the business, she didn’t need to justify her practices to me and told me I was no longer welcome at the clinic. This is not how any patient should be treated—being overcharged and then made to feel like they are the problem for questioning it. Transparency and patient consent are fundamental in any medical setting, and unfortunately, this practice seems to lack both. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking an appointment here. Smehna Mohandas was the dentist I received the treatment from and sadly the receptionist wasn’t much help either rather just sarcastic and unhelpful. Please avoid at all cost
