I have been going to this dentist for 2 years. Dentist I see is very nice, down to earth, helpful, listens and provides really good 1-2-1 service. Reception staff are professional and helpful Only one feedback - if they can send reminders maybe 3/4 days prior to appointment rather than just 1 day before the appointment.

This is the best dental practice in London and why I travel 2 hours to attend it. The most professional, kind and caring staff. They are always bright, happy and really take the time to ensure you understand whats happening and what the next options are. The practice is immaculately clean and their Infection Control perfect. I cannot thank this practice enough for all the work they have done on my teeth.

I am extremely disappointed and offended by the way I was treated at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, I felt dismissed and disrespected. The dentist was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. Instead of addressing my concerns with care, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially in a healthcare setting where trust and comfort are essential. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office to anyone who values respectful and compassionate care.
