I am so happy my Dentist Dr. Amin fitted my Crown today. I suffer from Anxiety and an overbite which needed skill after Lab instruction. I was treated with dignity and patience by himself and his lovely Nurse. Been years with this Dental Practice and can highly recommend their Professionalism.

Love coming to Central dental care, I’ve been coming here for years with my family ,staff are the best, always happy always taking a few minutes for a little chat making sure that me and family are ok, they make us feel always welcome and doctors are great. Overall great team work to meet the needs of patients. And that is the way it should be, Well done everyone 👏 Happy with everything.

ZERO LOYALTY!! They only care about money!! I have been with this dental practice for over 25 years and recently tried to book a routine NHS check-up, only to be told I could not be seen because I hadn’t attended in the past three years. However I could attend there privately. I was informed that a text message had been sent about this policy, but I never received anything. Relying on a single text message (which may not reach patients) is not an adequate way to communicate something that could affect a patient’s ability to access NHS care. As a long-standing patient, I find it extremely disappointing that no flexibility or understanding was offered, even after I raised this with the practice manager. I completely understand the pressures on NHS services, but turning away loyal patients due to unclear communication is frustrating and unfair. This experience has left me feeling very let down.
