Although it took very long, the time just seems to fly by and you get very used to the treatment. Each appointment was very efficient and quick and the staff were very kind and friendly in leading my journey. However one thing that would be beneficial, could be the flexibility in appointments as I had to wait quite a lot of time till my next one, but in the end it was worth it 😁. Much love to all who have supported me through my journey and my occasional breakages 😂🙏❤️

Really impressed with the service received by the team. My 16 year old had braces after consultation. All staff are friendly and answered all our questions . Reception is exceptional and a true asset to the Center. .

We have just started our journey with Watford Orthodontics and so far the service has been above and beyond, Tara the receptionist is absolutely amazing and has helped us so much with our general dentist and appointments, she’s a lovely lady and they are all a great lot of people.

Orthodontic treatment experience was really positive. Unfortunately, receptionist gets no stars. She should be retrained or have a career change. For over two years, I have been witnessing terrible customer service skills and management does nothing about it.

I have been on hold for over 17 minutes without anyone answering, and was eventually asked to leave a message. I’m really disappointed with the lack of response from the receptionist. This experience felt frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope this can be improved so other patients aren’t left waiting without support.

My son had his braces done and he was given good care, if I ever had to change appointments they were very flexible & helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Recommend 100%! I had my braces on for 3 years, my teeth now look amazing. I’m very pleased with the service through out these years. Thank you to the team for the support!
