I just wanted to leave a review to say how grateful I am for the team at the practice, especially the receptionist and the practice manager. They have both been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive when addressing my queries. They handled everything promptly and made sure I felt supported throughout the process, which really means a lot as a patient. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people they look after. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and excellent service.

Awful dentist, would not recommend they came recommended to myself. Today due to unforeseen circumstances outside of my control I could not make my appointment. This is the first time it happened since I have joined the dentist. I tried to explain this to the rude receptionist who had no compassion and told me she would need to talk to the dentist. She came back to say the dentist said I would be charged in full for the appointment, I asked to speak to the dentist and got told he had left for the day. I work with patients and for unforeseen circumstances I would not charge a patient the full cost of the appointment especially if it never happened before and I would take the time to try and understand why it happened. I have decided to leave the dentist over the treatment I received today.

I have been going to Cassio Road Dental Practice for a while now. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. The whole team have a friendly rappore, actively listen and are very efficient. They promptly referred me to other specialists and suggested interventions suited to my health needs. The facilities are accessible and of good quality. I highly recommend them. Thank you all.

rating based on the Practice now letting you book appointments online, but giving you no way to pay online, and cancelling appointments unless you go in to the building, or hand over your card details over the phone in a completely unsecure way. My appointment was cancelled without any phone call on the day they decided to cancel it, because I hadn't managed to get to the Practice as I was away that weekend. How can any legitimate Dental Practice not have a payment portal on the website if they want to offer online bookings but expect to you pay in advance.

I called to book a hygienist appointment and was initially told this would be fine. However, once it was noted that I haven’t had a check-up with the practice since 2018, I was informed I cannot see the hygienist without first booking a check-up. I find this very disappointing. The reason I did not return after 2018 was because I was advised here to have four teeth removed, which were later successfully saved by another dentist. Naturally, that experience affected my trust. What makes this more frustrating is that many other dental practices allow patients to book hygienist appointments without even being registered there. The lack of flexibility here feels unnecessary and money-driven rather than patient-focused. Very disappointing service.

I’ve been seen by Dr Jeeten Patel for over a year now. He’s very calm and makes you feel at ease. He through and listens and check out any worry’s and Explains any plans clearly. As a nervous patient i feel very reassured by Dr Patel.

Everyone at this practice is warm and welcoming. Dr Joyti Chadha always puts my young daughters' at ease and the hygienist Zuryana Nakhusheva is fantastic! I would highly recommend Cassio Road Dental Practice.
