Museum Street Dental Practice

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and friendly. The staff always go above and beyond to make me feel at ease, and the level of care is outstanding. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients' wellbeing. A fantastic practice that I’m happy to recommend to family and friends.

Today was my final root canal treatment, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Museum Street Dental Services. Student dentists Dr. Parminder Kaur and Dr. Yaseen provided exceptional care throughout the procedure. They showed great empathy, patience, professionalism, and kindness, making me feel comfortable and well cared for during a long appointment. I would also like to thank Dr Ian, who supervised the treatment and stepped in whenever assistance was needed. His experience and expertise were clearly evident, and his support was invaluable throughout the procedure. Although the treatment lasted more than four hours, the whole team remained patient, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcome. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care I received from all the staff and doctors at Museum Street Dental Services. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and excellent treatment. Had an emergency appointment on a bank holiday and honestly it was the best experience i’ve ever had a dental practice. Both Sara (there was another girl but I can’t remember her name!) where absolutely incredible, not only in the advice and execution of the treatment but also just making me feel comfortable, listening to me and putting me at ease. Much better than my current dentist, so much so that i’m on the waiting list to join this practice 🤞

Incredible practice. I have been a patient here for a number of years now and they always go above and beyond to help. The reception staff are always so patient, kind and helpful when sorting out appointments or checking you in. I recently had a filling that quite deep and had to return a couple of times. I am a very anxious person especially at the dentist and Dr Saidamova was so professional, helpful and calming that I couldn’t possibly have asked for better service. 5* practice !

I had an emergency appointment recently and I would like to share my sincere thanks with the team. Julie at reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She went out of her way to help me get an appointment quickly, and because of her support I was seen within a day. She made a stressful situation much easier and I’m very grateful for her kindness. I would also like to thank the dentist for the excellent treatment and care provided. The doctor was professional, reassuring, and helped relieve my pain. I truly appreciate the treatment I received. I've been a patient here for years. Always excellent care and great service. Consistent level of professionalism. I work in the NHS and am aware of the many challenges we face but, despite all these, you manage to keep delivering excellent patient care.
