My daughter required urgent dental care over the weekend. I rang the emergency number and i was surprised to have been offered an appoitment with it being a saturday at 09.00 I am hard as nails but seeing my child upset killed me she was in so much discomfort. I was propper living off adrenaline as we had all been awake trying to manage her pain and support her since 2am We recived such excellent care. From the lovley welcoming lady on reception, to the kindness of the dental HCA and the profeaaionalism and compassion from the dentist on saturday duty You all gave my 7 year old hollistic patient centered care Thank you so much

I wouldn’t even give one star. I managed to get an emergency appointment, I am pregnant and been having dental pain. I really didn’t want to travel but due to being limited with what I can take and being in pain I made the journey. I had received a call by them to ask if I could come in earlier I explained I was travelling from Southport but would try to get there a bit earlier. However, we couldn’t as I had childcare to sort. We tried calling and even rang 111 back to advise we were running a little bit late due to not being able to park nearby, we couldn’t get through to the dentist and neither could 111. On arrival I stood outside ringing the bell to notice the building was completely empty. Called 111 back who said I was the last appt so they left! The same person who called me to come in earlier didn’t have much of a conscience to ask if I was on my way before shutting up knowing I’m pregnant, in pain and travelling an hour away. Awful awful people! I understand wanting to finish early but as "health" professionals they really like any compassion. I hope it was worth the stress you caused me and I am not able to get another appt until tomorrow. So my pain continues. Just be very wary of being offered an appt here absolutely careless!!

Went last night 14th May as an emergency patient. I have to say all staff were amazing, receptionist, nurse and dentist. I was dreading going into Warrington at that time of 6pm, but got parked for free right outside. Highly recommend practice.

I Needed a new dentist and not many taking on in local area. Tbh was a tad skeptical because of some of the reviews. Bad point- dated and tired it could do with a freshen up. Plus point- (Lady)dentist and assistant were absolutely great in sorting out the work I needed doing and made me feel at ease, and can't fault the service received.

Drove up, 2 hour drive, to take my elderly Mother for her checkup, we got there for 10.30, stood outside waiting for them to open up. By the time her appointment came round at 10.45, she had had enough and wanted to go home. No one at the surgery, all in darkness. The phone went to a recorded message that the practise was closed even though they advertised it should be open. What a waste of time and petrol. Mum was livid so was I.

I was booked in here as an emergency appointment and my own dentist had not been able to offer an appointment. I was very stressed with the issue I had and the fact I was going abroad on holiday a few days later, however the staff and the actual dentist were lovely and helped me get sorted quickly and alleviated any fears I had. Would highly recommend and a big thank you for seeing me

Had an appointment booked in 3 months ago and then they cancel on the day of appointment which I took a day off work for. Tried to rebook couldn't get me in for another 4 weeks, joke. Surgery looks old and tied. The treatment room has damp and the treatment chair look well past it's sell by date. Also, Ive been waiting for a referral at dental hospital for over 3 years and asked about this being chased up everytime i have an appointment which is every 3 months which I think is only and money grabbing scheme and not a care in the world.
