We attended an appointment today after accidentally arriving a day early — entirely my fault. The reception team were incredibly kind and went out of their way to see if they could fit us in, rather than sending us away. Thanks to them, my daughter was able to have her X-rays done and then see the orthodontist on the same day. The X-ray technician was friendly, explained everything clearly to my daughter and really helped put her at ease. We were then told we could see the orthodontist without needing to return for another appointment. He had already read the email I sent ahead of time outlining my daughter’s concerns, which meant a great deal. He was extremely friendly, put her at ease straight away, carried out a thorough assessment and spoke directly to her; asking how she felt about her teeth. We came away reassured and with a clear understanding that, since the original referral, nature has done its thing and her teeth have moved into a relatively straight position, meaning braces are no longer necessary. This was great news all round. I’m very grateful for the care, understanding and flexibility shown by every member of staff. What could have been a stressful experience was handled with kindness and professionalism throughout. A genuine 5-star experience — thank you.

We were referred to Turret via our dentist for potential braces for my daughter. From the moment I made the initial call the customer service has been excellent. The environment is very welcoming and extremely professional. Taylor in particular brightens up the reception with his warm personality and nothing is too much trouble. The treatment plan was explained in great detail by the orthodontist and put myself and daughter at ease. Highly recommended! We are beginning our treatment journey at Turret and have full faith that they will help my daughter smile again 😊

I’ve had my braces fitted today after debating it for a long time now. The whole process so far has been outstanding from my first contact with Turret and including today. As soon as I got in touch a lady called Nikola contacted me. We had a zoom call and discussed possible treatments etc. she was very knowledgeable and really focused on my needs and wants rather than pressure selling. She made me feel comfortable from the first contact. I then had my face to face consultation and again Nikola overseen this and ensured everything ran smoothly and I was given clear options on potential treatments that would work for me and also payment options. Nikola has kept in touch with me, checking in throughout and today I have had them fitted. The orthodontist and dental nurse were explaining everything throughout and reassuring and then I had another follow up meeting with Nikola where she gave extensive aftercare advice. I am really pleased with the experience so far and would highly recommend. Looking forward to seeing the end results too.

can’t recommend this orthodontic practice highly enough. From the very first appointment, the team were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease especially Nikola. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt listened to and well cared for throughout my treatment. The practice is clean, welcoming, and well organised, and my experience so far has exceeded my expectations. I had my braces on for just over 2 years. when taking them off they were very careless I was in agony and crying throughout the process which i now learn is not normal at all. and upon getting home i had realised i couldn’t eat or drink a single thing due to horrendous pain - this is when my mum noticed that when taking my braces off they had shaved what can only be described as craters into my actual teeth leaving me with no enamel and very deep exposed grooves in my teeth, very very painful every day and very very ugly. i was so excited to get my braces off to be able to love my smile and now im more insecure than i was before getting braces and now i am needing to pay a lot of money for reconstructive dental work to rebuild some of my teeth. not good at all do not recommend.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Turret Orthodontics after almost two and a half years, and I’m genuinely so pleased with the results. From the first appointment, I felt like I was in the right place. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. I’d been to a few other practices for consultations, but the technology and setup at Turret were far better. My case was quite complex and I knew it would take time, but Mo and the team kept me informed and reassured at every stage. They made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’m honestly going to miss going in for my appointments. The end result is better than I could have imagined and I finally have the smile I was hoping for. Huge thanks to everyone at Turret!
