I have been a patient at Stockton Heath Dental Practice for over 10 years. In that time, the staff have all been extremely helpful, especially Jill on reception, who always makes me feel at ease when I arrive. I think the renovations have improved the appearance of the practice internally, and it now reflects the quality treatment I have always received as a patient. My new dentist is Mariam, who I met for the first time this week. She talked me through my routine check-up and offered advice to continue to care for my teeth. Mariam also informed me about the X-Rays I will need to have taken on my next visit. I found this helpful to know ahead of my appointment. Stockton Heath Dental Practice is also great for children, the dentists offer reassurance for young and nervous children to give them confidence in caring for their teeth.

I've been patient here for more than 24 years. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the dentists are professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I will be coming back 🙂.

Dentists are great but the new layout makes it awkward to communicate with the receptionist. I needed to put the tablet down somewhere to sign it. The whole thing looks claustrophic for the receptionist.

To say I am overjoyed would be an understatement!!! I contacted the practice with a tight deadline and goal with my wedding only one month away. Really appreciative of how quickly I was able to be seen and from start to finish the customer service and care was so accommodating, caring and the team really listened to concerns and my likes, dislikes for my smile. You've given me exactly what I wanted and more just in time for the big day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for 20+ years. Whilst I’ve seen many different practitioners over this period, the same high quality and friendly service has remained. Especially with Dr Rai and his assistant. Always a nice, efficient service from the front desk too.

I have been a patient for many years..the staff were exceptional. My dentist Emma leaving, its very sad to see her go. It will not be the same. Jill the receptionist is still here shes fantastic very friendly and welcoming. A credit to the practice.
