Latchford Dental Practice

I’ve been a member of Latchford Dental Practice for 16 years. I can not rate them highly enough on how they’ve managed mine and my children’s dental care over these years. All the Dentists and practitioners have excellent customer care and have always accommodated our needs. They are very friendly and welcoming every time we visit. They are experienced in their knowledge and I’ve always been pleased with the advice and treatments we’ve received from dental emergencies, brace fittings, crowns, routine checks ups and X-rays.

I’ve been a patient at Latchford Dental Practice for 18 years and I cannot say enough positive things about my visits: Friendly, courteous, competent, professional and always helpful. I’ve always received excellent care. This practice is highly recommended. Keep up the good work Latchford Dental Practice.

Horrible treatment, drop you like a fly if one appointment is missed, did this to my wife with an auto immune disease during Covid and have just done it to me, I pay everytime and attend regularly, hygienist every 3 months, I miss one appointment and i’m booted off their books. I called today as they had left me in pain after removing a tooth and they said I was removed without any notice or communication. Poor service.

One star as can’t give any less. As a long standing patient over several decades I was disappointed to be turned away today as I was 8 minutes late. I appreciate the tight time scales they work to but with no car park for the practice and no car parking in the area unless outside someone’s property as well as the problematic traffic problems, there could have been more understanding. If I was over the 15 minutes or the practice was full I would fully understood but there was no one waiting and they were adamant I had to rebook.

I have been attending this practice for 22 years, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist Mrs Doughty is very thorough and I was referred with a cyst on an un erupted wisdom tooth which was found on an x- ray. All the treatments are explained so I understand what’s needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff are all wonderful. Anxiety can be embarrassing but all the staff worked hard to help me feel comfortable and at ease. Mrs Lambert and her assistant were very patient and made me feel comfortable/reassured throughout the appointment. Many thanks x

I am an anxious patient in almost every type of clinical situation and I had been putting off my visit to the dentist for quite some time. I was extremely nervous even just booking my first appointment! This anxiousness was probably written all over my face and I can't thank the staff enough for recognising this and helping me to feel at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. I've now been attending the practice for several appointments and I could never have imagined that I'd come to feel so relaxed going in to this setting. Thank you!
