Brilliant place! Always so welcoming and kind from reception, the nurses, to the dentists. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful. By far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. As someone who avoided going for the best part of 10 years I now make sure I go regularly, this dentists has completely changed how I feel about going. Thank you so much!

Such a great experience for my first treatment at high street smiles. The staff are extremely welcoming and made me and my daughter very comfortable. The environment is warm and welcoming and the bathroom and other facilities are extremely clean. If you’re thinking to change dentist or book a dental treatment I’d highly recommend. Thank you for making my visit great! My daughter also can’t wait to come back for more frozen stickers !

Been going to this dentist for many many years. Always very friendly and welcoming. Staff very helpful and polite. My dentist is so lovely. She always has a smile and is interested in how you are and the extended family. Very caring and gentle. Easy to speak to and never pushy. Gives great advise and let's you decide if you want to go ahead with the treatment. The dentist practice is very clean and modern. No negatives

I attended Smiles Dental Practice with my husband who has mild dementia. The waiting room is very pleasant and relaxing to wait in for ones appointment. The receptionist are exceptionally pleasant, helpful and experienced. Jack the dentist was amazing to my husband explaing in detail what treatment was needed. Was very knowledgeable regarding what was best for my husband considering he has never been to a dentist in 45 years. Explained going slowly onwards to having some teeth removed, trying to save some but working towards dentures. Wasn't like going to a dentist but a well, informed chat witg a very experienced again pleasant dentist.

Again, another fantastic experience from HHS. Liz and Liv are always so helpful and accommodating whenever I speak to them at reception. It was my daughter’s first check and Jon and Phoebe were so caring and patient with her. My mum has recently joined HHS after a previous negative experience with a different practice. She was anxious about her bridge, after a really positive appointment and a tightened bridge, you could see the relief on my mums face as we left. She left the appointment with a smile from ear to ear and reassured that her bridge fitted without wobbling around. It takes a whole team to make patients feel comfortable. Thank you team HHS!!

I had a really good experience whilst having composite bonding done. Tom rectified a bad job I had done in Turkey and did a much better job. I am so pleased with the end result. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all. Fiona
