After being with this dental surgery for the past 12 months I had Abdul previously who whilst going through my root canal treatment with him I didn't trust him fully and he never reassured me due to me suffering with anxiety I never felt comfortable when going in for treatment he told me I was excessively bleeding during the treatment and he had to stop this triggered my anxiety and so I didn't go back after some months had he have still been there rhis review would not be 5 stars. However I had built up the courage to go back today as I desperately needed further treatment. I was surprised to find that I had a new dentist and was so thrilled!!! Harris is an absolute credit to this dental surgery he reassured me throughout talking me through each step and the treatment was world's apart from Abdul doing it. Abdul never prepped the area, Harris clamped my tooth area and put a mouth screen around I didn't feel a thing and know i am in safe hands on my next appointment! I am so happy to find out that he is my new Dentist!

Dr Sai-On Chan and his assistant is always lovely with my children, very understanding and not judgemental at all. My children are never nervous under his care.

Been coming to this dentist for a few months now and it is awful. The care for their patients is very low. They speak unprofessionally and the customer service is horrible. Also I am now adding that just because I have been unhappy and left a bad review with how I’ve been spoken to they removed me during treatment, if you are getting treatment done and feel the same I’d advise you to keep ur opinions to urself as this dentist seems to care more about reputation than clients. I am now left looking for another dentist for my treatment and a temporary filling for a quite bad hole. Appauling. What sort of dentist is this!

Professional and helpful as ever. I needed new crowns and Martin explained my options clearly with a range of solutions and prices. I chose the Smilefast solution and am thrilled with the look and feel of my new teeth. A much more advanced solution with the option to see what the final solution would look like before I progressed. A great practice with friendly and helpful staff.
