Had appointment with Jay today. As always he is excellent and took time to explain options with me. I find all the staff helpful.

Bad experience! The dentist only washed my tooth half only bottom not include up. That’s really bad! She said I was late but I was seating downstairs with my son no one called us after 5mins. And they recommended something to buy I said no need it then they just washed my tooth half way. That’s ridiculous!!! Not recommended!

The quality of dentistry is good but the reception staff are shocking & have an attitude problem. If there were more choices of NHS dentists available I would leave due to their SHOCKING customer service.

Today I received treatment from Jey. As a nervous patient, I always feel comfortable in his care and he always takes the time to explain the different options and their benefits. Happy to have been placed with a great dentist.

I would not recommend this dental office at all. Not only do they refuse to let patients book direct appointments with a hygienist, forcing everyone into unnecessary (and costly) dentist appointments even for basic cleanings, but the quality of dental care here is poor. When I took my daughter for an Invisalign consultation, we were told that her teeth would need filing before starting. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from another orthodontist, who confirmed that no such filing was necessary. This office feels more focused on upselling and adding unnecessary procedures than on genuinely helping patients. The lack of flexibility, questionable treatment recommendations, and disregard for patient time make it clear that this place cares more about profit than providing good care. If you value quality and honesty, go elsewhere!
