I've always had an extreme phobia of the dentist and also had some horrible experience. After booking an emergency appointment with smile design 2 years ago all that changed. I could not recommend them enough. I'm no longer petrified of the dentist. I've never had any pain again since or during seeing them. Thank you so much.

She was friendly, professional and made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. My teeth feel great and the whole visit was a really positive experience. Highly recommended.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Smile Design Studio. The services did not meet my expectations, especially considering the prices charged. Communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The overall professionalism was lacking, and the results were not what I was promised or led to expect. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer care, transparency, and service quality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr Eliza is an excellent dentist and highly recommended. She has carried out two complex root canal procedures to a high standard and I always come here for regular check ups. I always get great customer service at Smile Design by all! Thank you
