Really sorry to leave this review but I feel my experience was no where near excellence!! Because my bottom dentures were moulded before extraction of six teeth the fitting is totally wrong , when I returned for my check up the denture was fitted with a so called soft lining which lasted 2 days at best, Uncomfortable, irritating, causing sores on my gums I could go on , The top ones are fine however I had no extractions so suppose the moulding couldn’t be wrong ,,, In my opinion after paying for the more expensive ones another set should have been offered to replace THE INCORRECT FITTING BOTTOM ONES ,,, not happy at all
I recently had some filling work done at Denture Excellence and I can’t recommend these guys enough !! Melissa made me feel super comfortable and so did Mandy and the receptionist 😊 I’ve avoided going to a dentist for around 5 years because of a bad past experience, but now I am so glad I found this dentist ! And even better, my teeth are fixed !! They explained everything they was doing in detail which helped lots. Great experience and the staff are just all round lovely people
Extremely friendly and professional. Instantly made me feel at ease. I walked in on a Monday without an appointment and with my front tooth missing after an accident. By Thursday of the same week, I had a brand new, perfect bridge denture.
Great service from first meeting to dentures fitting i would highly recommend this team I'm so grateful for all your help giving me my confidence back
