Aesthetic Dental Solutions

I've been going to this practice for years now, long before it became Aesthetic dental solutions. Over that time I've had several dentists and currently it is Deborah. She really is the best I've ever had! Friendly, patient and truly amazing. An absolute credit to the practice. Great staff team overall and exceptionally clean.

This practice has put my mum, and by extension me, through absolute hell for the last two months. She had a tooth that obviously couldn't be saved and thus needed extracting, but the dentist treating her naively believed he could place a temporary crown on it to save it. Over time, the tooth became infected, causing Mum endless pain and leading to distress that has been near impossible to manage. She's finally had it removed elsewhere and, lo and behold, we were told it was beyond saving months ago. Brilliant mate, thanks for that. Time to hang up your scrubs pal.

I had massive tooth ache at Christmas. Emergency service put me in here for an appointment. I was a a$$ to the dentist as I have a phobia. She assured me on what was needed. Gave me an emergency filling to return for an extraction. I had that by Dr.Brent? Yesterday and I honestly can’t sing the praises of her and all the assistants and receptionists enough. Like I said I have a phobia and this was "humoured" and helped with. 10/10

Ive been going here years and they have always looked after me! I even had a filling with no anesthetic with no pain at all. Always clean and good atmosphere, what more can I ask for?

Unbelievable rude unprofessional and only thinking about money not the patients wellbeing..went today as a emergency patient was told by dentist the tooth has been sealed inside and out .then said needed to be removed. But couldn't do it today .as to busy. So pal wots the point off wasting my time and money when you couldn't do nothing even though I told you. That I only needed a temporary feeling... so no way would I let you touch my teeth. Also why did I sign wot for wot are you actually getting paid for when you done nothing...also I went to another dentist who said nothing wrong with tooth does not need to be removed. In fact he can save it with a permanent filling..so obviously you really don't know your job or just want to make money ir just lazy all maybe all above...also be happy smile and be professionally and give time and respect to patients..... AVOID AVOID...JOKE.....

I took my son here, and he was very nervous about visiting the dentist. However, after just one appointment, Debbie's patience and kindness completely changed his experience. She took the time to make him feel comfortable, explaining everything in a way that put him at ease. Her gentle approach and reassurance made a huge difference, and now he’s much more confident about dental visits. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown here. I highly recommend this practice, especially for anyone with anxious children!

I come here yesterday after being made an emergency appointment via the 111 system. Done the online forms via the text message I arrived and the girls on the front desks was lovely, shown me to the waiting room. I have a little fear about dentist and when I was called in I felt like I wanted to run away🙈.. but I didn’t I got into the room and sat in the chair and the dentist and his assistant could see I was nervous he spoke to me and checked the tooth I was having issues with, it very clearly needed treatment as the pain I was in was horrendous. He quickly got me numbed and let me sit in the chair for it to work, whilst it was working he spoke to me about all my options.. give me clear direction on how each procedure would be done and in the end I decided to just have the tooth removed. Again very nervous I kept apologizing. And both the dentist and the assistant kept reassuring me. He checked I was numb asked if I was ready to start and within not even a minute he got the tooth out, once the tooth was out we could see the extent of the damage I had done to this. What I thought was just a simple crack from eating something hard had gone way far down. The dentist said I’d definitely made the right decision getting it removed. After it was out he then got the broken root out also which took him seconds he was very fast and efficient. Exactly what I needed with being so nervous. After care done I was good enough to get on my way. Now because I was so nervous I couldn’t remember both there names but I’m sure the reception staff will know. I just want to thank them both a whole bunch for what they done for me yesterday. I’m still a little sore today but nothing like it was and I managed to get a great night sleep Thankyou again to you all for getting me in at such short notice and resolving the issue.
