Bupa Dental Care Thornton-Cleveleys

My dentist is the absolute best. He is so caring and friendly and makes my check-ups way less stressful. I'm autistic and he always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and constantly checks in to make sure I'm okay. I never feel embarrassed or judged. He's just amazing.

After four visits to the dentist in just one week to try to locate the source of pain in my cheek and mouth, I eventually had a tooth removed and could only hope it was the right one. I was at the point were I was starting to panic, as my holiday to Mexico was less than a week away and it looked like the pain might ruin the trip. The reception team were fantastic throughout. Every time I called, they managed to fit me in, which I was incredibly grateful for. Receptionists often get criticised simply for doing their jobs, so I wanted to make a point of recognising how helpful and supportive they were. A big thank you as well to Thomas and Chris for their care and treatment. I can finally look forward to my trip which is only 2 days away. ☀

I have suffered with pain in my back tooth and stanage got me in same day. The dentist Charlie and receptionist Karen were Amazing. Karen moved mountains to get me in same day and Charlie explained the issue with the pain , showed me the abscess on x Ray and gave me a choice of remedy. Having the wisdom tooth was painless and he explained every stap and why. There would never be dental phobia if all dentists performed this way. Thankyou Charlie and Karen Xx

I see the dentist Chris Merrill at this practice he's always running late which I get can happen sometimes. However my last appointment I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment and I could hear him for all that time from the waiting room laughing and chatting with his nurse about their social lives clear as day! some of it not broadcastable on here. No patient left the room before I was eventually brought in for a quick look around and out again. Disappointing service

Had an emergency with one of my teeth. Tried one place and they turned me down. This place, they got me in on the same day. The reception was brilliant and the dentists were brilliant.

Had a NHS check up today with Thomas the dentist and Chantelle the dental nurse. Great experience, very friendly and professional, we have a nervous patient in our family and they were put completely at ease. Fab team, working hard to support their community's oral health needs.

Exemplary service, delivered by Karen (Receptionist). Also Charlie Oates dentist and his dental nurse assistant, all delivered with a smile.
