Dr Ana is not only a first class dentist but a lovely lady who is reassuring, excellent at her job and shows a lovely, caring personality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

After struggling to find an NHS dentist I eventually got an appointment here. When I arrived for my appointment I was mortified, the building definitely needs a lick of paint. That aside, the dentist Andrew Lightfoot was superb and the hygienist Katie Downie was even better. I should also mention that the reception staff are lovely too. Thank you so much!

After attending the Practise for a few months. I had 3 appointments where they were either cancelled a day or a few hours before, with little no no explanation and then given another 3-4 weeks wait! Further to this my dad who attends had a call asking him to come up early as someone had cancelled after travelling via 2 buses got there to be told the person who cancelled had changed their mind and was now coming to their appointment and was told he’d had to wait till his original time which was a hour later. Disgrace. No wonder people now go private Wouldn’t recommend

⭐☆☆☆☆ I have had a deeply disappointing experience with Fencehouses/parklane Dental Clinic. Over several years, my concerns about dental care, treatment quality, and accessibility due to my disabilities were repeatedly ignored. Appointments were mishandled, emergency care was refused, and complaints went unanswered. I cannot recommend this practice due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and repeated failures in patient care. 0 stars

Very good dentist inside here always makes me feel calm when I have needed few treatments done, very careful and good work they did, I even look forward to next appointment which I used to hate. Amazing dentistry here even tho building does need a good revamp nothing bad to say on dentistry.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had! Professional, gentle, and super skilled. The whole experience was smooth, painless, and actually enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ahmadi more!

After having a fall eight weeks ago and fell flat on me face, I thought I was going to lose at least one tooth. The day after the fall I was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr Andrew Lightfoot. I have had excellent treatment from not only Dr Andrew Lightfoot but also from all the girls on the reception. Dr Lightfoot has managed to save the tooth and has done other work on my front teeth as they got hit when my face hit the ground. So thank you very much, I don't know what I would have done without you. X
