I was referred here around Covid time as Birmingham Dental Hospital were outsourcing their workload to practices in the local area. Due to the complexity of my endodontic issue, the work couldn’t be performed here and I was informed I would be referred back to Birmingham hospital for the work to be carried out there. This has still yet to happen. I have not so much as seen a waiting list, let alone reach the end of one. I have been waiting for treatment for 3 years, despite numerous complaints of pain and discomfort. I have even travelled to the practice directly multiple times despite it being over an hour away from where I live just to try and speak to someone. Appalling level of service on the whole. The receptionists try their best but there is only so much they can do without the technical knowledge to hand.
Generally a good service however too many appointments cancelled at short notice
