The service you get from here is unbelievable, all the staff are lovely, they are so professional. I struggle with anxiety and they always make me feel comfortable and safe. They take the time to make sure I'm ok, and that I always know whats going on before they do anything. We always have a giggle, as I'm talkative anyway, but triple that when I'm stressed, and they just let me be me. I can't recommend them enough Thank you Lou Xx

Had three teeth removed today as part of my orthodontic journey and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. From start to finish, the communication was fantastic. Emma was brilliant before and during the appointment — she answered every question I had and genuinely made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and straightforward. Dr Allen was excellent. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and handled what turned out to be a bit of a workout (very long roots!) with real care and professionalism. And a special mention to the wonderful nurse Gul — honestly the best dental nurse ever. Supportive, reassuring and made the whole experience that much easier. Very grateful for such a professional and friendly team. Would highly recommend.

Great place for dental care. I met a dentist (I can’t recall her name, but she appeared to be of Indian heritage) and her assistant, and both were exceptional. They were thorough in examining my teeth and provided clear, helpful suggestions.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction done with Lilitha and her assistant, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were both extremely kind, professional, and reassuring. Lilitha explained the procedure clearly, which really helped calm my nerves, and both were supportive throughout — checking in on me, answering all my questions, and making sure I was comfortable. Even after the procedure, they provided detailed guidance for aftercare, so I felt fully informed and confident in my recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone nervous about dental work — they make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Friendly reception, dentist was very informative and explained what outcome should be expected. Treatment was more expensive than I anticipated. Update: My comment above was based on my first appointment when my requirements were assessed. The tricky root canal treatment I required has now been completed and I'm very impressed with the outcome. Madhu, my dentist, very skillfully removed an earlier filling and took great care to ensure the subsequent filling was successful. I needed three sessions to complete the treatment and was very impressed with Madhu, the dental nurses and Emma the receptionist. Thank you everyone.

A great dentist from someone who has always had a fear of them, Emma is very welcoming on the front desk and is fantastic at coordinating appointments. The staff that I have had, Carol, lilitha and Jenny have all been super with their work and are clear with thier treatments. I always feel at ease going here.
