Brilliant experience Millie and Lisa went above and beyond. They are always very friendly and have helped me to get over my fear of the dentist. However today the dentist was off so Millie arranged for Lisa to scan my teeth. These two deserve a pay rise.

As a patient for over forty years, this dental practice has always been amazing. Very friendly staff, very comfortable, and they never let me or my wife down. Many thanks to you all.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The doctor proceeded with a root canal treatment despite lacking sufficient skill and experience. Unfortunately, during the second stage of the procedure, my tooth fractured, which clearly indicates a lack of precision and expertise. In the end, I was told that the tooth needed to be extracted. However, what was even more concerning was that they were not even able to perform the extraction themselves, which made the situation more stressful and difficult for me. Additionally, during the procedure, they repeatedly asked another person (likely a supervisor or colleague) for guidance. This completely undermined my trust, as a dentist should have the necessary competence before performing such a sensitive treatment. I do not recommend this dentist at all.

Syed Rachel and the team are beyond amazing. They see my whole family and have turned us from being actually afraid due to bad experiences to actually being okay about going. Syed is so patient kind and professional he needs commending by my dentist. I wish every one had access to such a brilliant dentist and team.

Let's talk about the worst dentist in Stoke-On-Trent. First of all your warmly greeted by receptionists who couldnt give a flying fig about you or your problems and really need get you out the way so they can get back to their phones. Oh and casually.gets off the phone and declares "I dont care if her husband just died,shes getting kicked off the list for cancelling this appointment" the compassion is too much. Then when you get into the dentist, a woman who is i swear an actual butcher tells you to get in the chair im surprised she cleans the blood off her from the last traumtised patient put it this way this devil Is mincing meat inbetween appointments. Oh and she will give you anesthetic but she wont wait for it to kick in before she gets to dicing you up like a beef steak. Its not common for you to hear screams from her clinic. Overall. Id prefer the local tramp to rip my tooth out with his toe nails clippers then ever go back to this place.

Had my first appointment here at My Dentist with Maryam and I couldn’t have asked for more. She was really polite and well mannered. Explained the procedure very well and made me feel really comfortable. A big thank you to her and Michelle.

Great dentist so far. Never have to wait long. Always explains what they are doing really well.
