The Terrace Dental Clinic Tunstall / Gibson’s Dental Laboratory

I was made to feel totally at ease from my first step over the threshhold at the Terrace Clinic. Stuart thoroughly explained all the options available to me and the various costs. I required dentures and the quality and fit is amazing. My daughters can,t get over how natural they look. I lost my original teeth due to major surgery some years back and my new dentures have been a major boost to my self confidence. Stuart Gibson and his team are a credit to the Dental Profession. First appointment the staff were lovely, I felt at ease straight away. The treatment I had spread out over a few months. Each step went smoothly. I'm so pleased with the end result. Thank you Stuart and all staff.

I rang up at 9am this morning as I had a front tooth that had came detached from my denture. I asked can it be reattached for 11am? Sure it can. I dropped my denture off and it was ready for 11.oclock. Great service and a very pleasent receptionist. I will go to them for any future dental work. Happy customer.

Highly recommend this dental practice. Reception made you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I phoned as two of my teeth had broken of my denture and the lady on reception had a word with Stuart and was told to go straight away. Stuart did me a temporary repair and made me an appointment with the dentist as I wanted a new denture making. Brilliant service from dentist and I’ve now got another appointment with Stuart for new denture. You will not be disappointed going to this practice.

I used this place, I told the Dentist who was actually part time, only worked on a Thursday, that I had one tooth that was loose and another that occasionally gave me pain, he wouldn't remove them even though I said he should. On my last visit the dentist at the time, not Stuart Gibson, removed the remains of a broken tooth, and gave me my dentures. Before I even got to the nearest car park I had to remove my lower denture because in less than 20 minutes I was gagging. 3 months later the loose tooth that the dentist said "still has legs" came out on its own.....and the second tooth was giving me a great deal of pain. I wasn't asked to go back to make sure my dentures were ok......so in all honesty I was extremely unhappy with the service I got.

Finished my treatment today and wanted to leave feedback. The whole experience has been fantastic. The staff are amazing. Very pleased with the outcome. I never thought I could trust any dentist before, as I've had bad experiences in the past. The Terrace has my 10/10 feedback. I plan to go here for any future appointments in the future. If you are in any doubt, make an appointment where and you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to Stuart and Nick for my treatment and staff that keep me at ease. Thank you

Excellent service from the moment I walked through the door. Even managed to repair my dental plate the very same day intime for me to enjoy my holiday abroad. So very grateful 5☆ service.
