Excellent service from start to finish. I had to have a tooth extraction, and the Dentist was so gentle throughout. I highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Michaela highly enough. As someone who suffers from extreme dental anxiety, I’ve always found dental visits incredibly difficult, but with Michaela I never once felt the need for any additional support or calming aids during treatment. She is exceptional at what she does. Michaela and her nurse are both phenomenal. They are calm, patient, kind, and genuinely caring, which makes such a huge difference when you are anxious. At the same time, their professionalism and skill are obvious. You feel completely safe and confident in their hands. They take the time to explain things, never rush you, and create an atmosphere that is reassuring without ever feeling patronising. Thanks to them, dental appointments no longer feel overwhelming for me. Whether is been filling, extractions or root canals, each treatment feels less daunting. An outstanding team and an outstanding dentist.

The care provided is really good. Staff are great and as a very anxious patient they have been terrific. Appointment time however are not great. My 3rd appt here and running late. I understand that appointment length cannot be exactly estimated and apptment times are not set in stone. I made this appointment for 9am because of my anxiety sitting in waiting room. When I made this appt I was told this was the earliest appointment of the day. Running at least 20 minutes late and I am becoming more anxious by the minute. Having said that, this is about my anxiety. Staff and treatment are great.
