Very friendly and helpful staff in a calm environment. My daughter has just had fixed braces removed and is very pleased with the results. She will be receiving regular aftercare appointments to make sure everything is staying in place.
Nice and cheerful orthodontist office. Staff are helpful and friendly. My 3 children have all attended and no problems at all. Keep up the good work.

Both my children have had braces fitted and removed and now using retainers. They are both delighted with the outcome and have lovely teeth and smiles. Thank you so much to all the staff for always being so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Donna for the endless phone calls, rearranging appointments and keeping me right as to which child had the appointment and also Shona for always making the time to come and say hello and ask how the children are doing. Staff there are fantastic and our experience (over the past 4 years) has been second to none. Thank you
Disappointed with my son’s service as we have waited almost a year to receive any kind of response, he went in for a referral last may 2025 to be told it can take up to 3 months to be approved…… this is now March 2026 and still no approval of treatment. His mouth has teeth missing and severely overcrowded. This is not acceptable he has low mood and lacks confidence that this will be resolved anytime soon.
Everyone is always so lovely and welcoming. I have full trust in their expertise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
