The Dental Tree

Cancelled appts with a weeks notice as we are legally allowed to do, however apparently we no showed so were taken off nhs, when that did not happen, my partner also was referred to the hospital for a wisdom tooth out and the oral surgeon actually found multiple long term issues that were neglectfully not picked up on by this dental practice- there for we are taking legal action, do yourself and health a favour and do not come here. The owner of this practice is also the most incompetent person I have come across over 10 years in the nhs

I was referred to this practice by my own dentist to have a tooth removed as it was near my sinus.i saw Mr Olusanya who was amazing. I didnt even know he had the tooth out, it was so fast. The dental nurse, Stacey, was great. We chatted and she put me at ease. She gave me all the aftercare information I needed. She was great at her job, an asset to the practice. Thank you all so much.

I never leave reviews but everyone must know how amazing Stacey is! I had my wisdom tooth removed, I’m no good with clinical situations and she made me feel at ease. The procedure went smoothly however afterwards I came across very faint and passed out just outside the reception. Stacey and the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name during the chaos) were so helpful and attentive. I’ll forever be grateful that Stacey caught me as I fell otherwise I could’ve ended up with a lot worse than a scraped knee from the concrete🤕 Thank you both so much for all the care you gave me on that day and sorry again for causing a scene!🤣 Would 100% recommend this place for extractions

I'm very nervous about going to the dentist and today I had to have sedation and have a back tooth out. My dentist was Shina Popat. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel really relaxed. She was very informative and patient.

I am extremely nervous of the dentist and my first contact with The Dental Tree has really put me at ease. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel safe and welcome. The dentist explained everyone was doing before he did it and was really gentle. I even made a flow up In 6 months, something I have never felt I could do before. Thank you

Not sure how to rate it as I had two opposite experiences. Let's start from the good one: had appointment with dentist, who was really pleasant and professional. I have no problems with my teeth so it was just a routine check. And now ... visited hygienist privately just for clean, scale and polish, I have never had such an awful experience! Limescale not removed at all! And on top of this polishing tool "slipped" three times and she hurt my lips and corner of the lip. She did not hold my mouth/lips while using the tool. Obviously she did not apologise...PURE SADIST! Will never, ever go back there...

I cannot praise The Dental Tree high enough! 5 stars doesn’t begin to demonstrate what a fantastic service they provide. I am EXTREMELY scared of the dentist and was referred for a tooth extraction. Shina (Popat) and the team around her are brilliant. Every contact I have had with the practice has been kind, professional and proficient. Today’s extraction, with sedation, was amazing. Done and dusted before I realised. I would highly recommend this practice and will definitely visit again.
