Smilecraft Dental Care Stevenage

My apologies for my previous 2 star review. This was my error and was supposed to be 5 stars . I have had wonderful treatment at Smilecraft. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and reassuring. I have appreciated all the support from the reception team when I have had any concerns. Bradley is a fantastic dentist who has treated me so well, I always feel confident with any treatment I have been given and hetakes the time to talk me through every option and procedure. All the dentistry work I have had has been excellent and I would recommend the dental practice to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience at Smilecraft Dental Care. The care and professionalism shown to our son were outstanding. The decision to use minimal invasive anesthesia was absolutely the best choice for his treatment, making the whole experience much more comfortable and stress-free for him. What impressed us the most is that the practice prioritises patient wellbeing and quality care rather than focusing on expenses. That level of dedication and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are in safe hands. We are extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t change this practice for anything. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stress free dentist service.

Bradley and his team at Smilecraft are truly fantastic. I have been going to Smilecraft for the last three years, starting as a very nervous patient but was put at ease from the moment I walked through the door and the whole team supported me to feel comfortable at the dentist again and make huge progress with my teeth. Now having completed Invisalign with Bradley, I am super happy with the results - my teeth look so great! The process was really straightforward too, it was always clear what the process would be, the attention to detail at every stage was next level and I felt supported throughout. I highly recommend Bradley and Smilecraft and would not go anywhere else for my teeth.

It's nearly 15 years that my family and I have been coming to Smilecraft. Doctor Bradley and all his entire team do a great job. I will recommend Smilecraft to everyone !

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Bradley and his team! He’s been absolutely amazing with my kids—patient, kind, and always taking the time to explain everything in a way that makes them feel comfortable and even excited about visiting the dentist. It’s such a relief to know they’re in such good hands. The receptionists are also fantastic—always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and questions. I'll start by saying that I had been with my previous dentist for over 30 years and only looked for a new one as he retired and I wasn't happy with the dentist who had taken over the practice. I'm a bit of a nervous patient but was encouraged to try Bradley when I asked my local Facebook group for recommendations for a caring, friendly dentist, his name came up time after time, I certainly wasn't being lied to. I have just returned home after having a filling that I was slightly dreading but have to say both Bradley and his dental nurse (sorry I've forgotten your name) were extremely kind and caring throughout the whole time I was in the chair and I have no hesitation in giving them both 5*'s. I can't say I'll ever look forward to going to the dentist but I know with Bradley and his team I will be very well looked after 🙂
