Outstanding! So impressed with Smile Style, in every aspect. From the receptionists to the nurses to the dentists. We received the highest level of service for our 13 year old daughter with her braces. Parm is just brilliant. He has a really nice way about him, very calming, never rushed and explains everything in simple detail. Nothing was too much trouble, each appointment was included within the original treatment cost - even an emergency appointment didn’t incur an extra charge. While the cost of the treatment wasn’t cheap we really do feel like it was excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. We are so glad we went with Smile Style! The building itself and the technology used is noticeably in a different class from our regular NHS dentist. Thanks to the whole team and of course a special mention for Parm.

One of the best experiences with a dental practice we've ever had. The staff are not only really attentive but they also take the time to explain everything in detail, outlining all the options and their benefits. The initial assessment for my son's braces was fascinating to see all of the technology they use to create a 3D rendering of his teeth and a full x-ray.  They then used this to help him and I understand what was being addressed and how the braces would be fitted. When he had the braces fitted it was painless and very quick. They're taking great care of him.  I would recommend Smile Style to others looking for dental work.

I suffer with a huge fear of dentists, instigated by traumatic dental treatments as a young child. I'd never visited a dentist for many years, but really needed to. In the last 2 years, I now have a fairly complex medical condition too. Having read the bios of the dental team, I made an appointment with Emma, who it said specialised with nervous patients. From the very first greeting in the waiting room, all the way through many appointments and dental work, Emma has been a happy, kind, supportive, understanding and skilled dentist. I've been kept updated, involved and cared for throughout my treatments. I've also required the services of a dental hygienist and have been extremely fortunate to have Jenny assigned to me on one occasion, who became my preferred hygenist, who I have had several appointments with. Jenny possesses all of the same qualities that I described of Emma. My trust and confidence at the dentist has increased massively due to these 2 wonderful people. From my experience, they both genuinely care about their patients. Thank you so much Emma and Jenny and thanks to the wider Smile Style team too. My fear hasn't gone completely, but it's become substantially abated.

I am a recently joined patient having moved away from my previous dental practice and in the meantime become paraplegic and dependent on a wheelchair. Smile Style Dental facilities are all ground floor and easily accessible. Practicalities aside, I have been warmed by the courtesy, helpfulness and care of everyone, reception staff, nurses, hygienists and dentists. I had a broken tooth emergency, was seen the same day and given a perfect repair. (Thank you Emma) I recommend Smile Style in Stafford.

This is such a nice dentist to attend. Today Harpreet my dentist and his lovely nurse Kasam made sure I was totally comfortable whilst taking scans for my implant. I have been so lucky to have Harpreet, he is a very clever dentist and looks after me. I like going !.

I had an accident and lost part of my teeth, I called as an emergency and spoke with Summar who was so kind and comforting, she talked me through what the team could do and got me booked in on the same day. Summar was working on reception that day and helped me feel so at ease and was extremely understanding with me being so anxious visiting the dentist for an injury. I was seen by dentist Ravi with support from nurse Kerry and they were amazing. They were patient, clear with explaining what they could see the issue was and even worked through their lunch to make me new front teeth. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, patience and expertise, as well as the work of art that’s the repair to my teeth! Thank you so much.

I visited Jean last week and she was so kind. My teeth were cleaned so well I could really notice a different. I was very anxious for some reason that day and she instantly put me at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
