Shine Dental Practice

I only joined this practice a couple of months ago and have just completed a programme of treatment which included the replacement of some broken crowns. The quality of the dental work undertaken by Arthy has been exceptional, and as a slightly nervous patient, she has done the work for me in a very sensitive and gently paced manner. Arthy, Louise and the 'Shine' team provide a super friendly, very welcoming and highly efficient dental service. I have complete confidence in their ability to meet all of my future dental needs.

Exceptional service at "The Shine Dental" practice. The dentist was super professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed my toothache in no time, that multiple other dentists couldn’t fix.

My family and I have been visiting the Stafford dental practice (now called Shine) for many years with the previous owners and we've always been very satisfied and happy. To say the new owners have let things slip is an understatement. I paid over £500 in cash to the Stafford dental practice for our annual practice plan membership. The Stafford dental practice then pay practice plan for the year. This is how we've always done it and they were happy to continue to do it this way. However after paying this large sum of money in March 2024 I received a letter from practice plan 5 weeks later to say our membership had run out as we'd not paid and therefore hadn't been covered had we needed any emergency treatment. I found out that the staff had been reminding the owners to pay this over the course of the 5 weeks but it had just been left! They knew we weren't covered but totally ignored it. We were absolutely horrified to be treated this way. We demanded our money back and after receiving it we were made an offer of a year's membership at their cost. Given the awful situation we were put in we have decided we won't be returning. It's sad that we now have to find another dentist as none of this is our fault. I hope the Stafford dental practice learns from this huge fiasco. 😠
