The actual dentist and accompanying nurse made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dealt with examination and xrays promptly and succinctly. Let me know exactly what needed to be done now and in the future. Im a very happy patient.

I cannot recommend Dr. Jyoti Prashar at this dentist highly enough. She is exactly what a dentist should be: highly professional and meticulous, yet deeply empathetic. From the moment I sat down, she truly listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable and heard throughout my appointmens. Recently joined this dental practice, and had my first checkup booked in with Dr Prashar. She was very thorough with the appointment and both dentist and nurse made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous as I had not visited a dentist since covid so was rather anxious. Dr Prashar explained what she would do in todays appointment and reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. By the end of the appointment I was very happy with the assessment and advice I received from the dentist. I feel much more confident and understand how to look after my teeth better. I want to say thank you to the reception team too who made the registration process very quick and easy for me. I raised concerns to the receptionist because I did not want to forget to book my next appointment as it’s been 3 years since my last appointment. She was very lovely and advised that she can put it on the patient recall so I will be automatically contacted in 6 months for my next appointment. This dental practice has a welcoming and friendly environment, the signs and posters in reception are very informative for all patients. Thank you for making my visit to the dentist comfortable, very lovely team will definitely recommend.

We have had ongoing concerns about the treatment of our children at this dental practice. When we raised issues about our children’s teeth and asked why recommended NHS treatments were not being carried out, we did not feel our concerns were properly addressed. On several occasions we were told that we should be "grateful" we are not waiting years like other patients and that many people not have dental practice because there is many in area needed dantist, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. What should have been straightforward cavity treatment has taken a very long time, with delays of nearly a year. In that time, the condition of the teeth has worsened, and we are still being asked to wait further for treatment. We also raised concerns about younger children’s cavities, but were advised to "wait until it gets bigger" before treatment may be considered, which caused us significant concern. Overall, we are disappointed with the communication, delays, and lack of clarity around treatment decisions. If you have choice avoid this practice!

I had a great experience at this dental practice. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was carried out to a really high standard. A special shoutout to Skylar, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness definitely stood out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care!
