From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcome and at ease, which is so important as someone who gets very nervous about dental visits. Dr Shashi Chopra was absolutely brilliant. He was calm, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped settle my nerves. Throughout the appointment, he was incredibly gentle and reassuring, constantly checking I was okay and making sure I was comfortable. It made such a difference compared to past experiences. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and I genuinely felt looked after every step of the way. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Dental Studio—Dr Chopra in particular goes above and beyond to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Amazing experience with Dr Samantha today for my cleaning and check-up! She explained every single step throughout the appointment, which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She really took her time with me, answered my questions, and made sure I was okay the whole way through. Her assistant was also incredibly kind and careful. I had an excellent experience at this dental surgery. Every single person I came across was absolutely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. I attended with excruciating pain over the New Year period and was warmly greeted and efficiently supported by Sant Kaur, whose kindness and organisation immediately put me at ease. My treatment was carried out by Simran, the dental therapist, who is without doubt one of the best dental professionals I have ever encountered. She was extremely thorough and meticulous, and despite her relatively short experience, her expertise and confidence were truly impressive. I felt completely reassured throughout my treatment. I strongly recommend Simran and the whole team. They are excellent.

Dr Chopra is an exceptional orthodontist. He is attentive, thorough, and professional. After having my time and money wasted elsewhere, he was the first orthodontist who has truly helped me. I needed braces to correct overcrowding and thanks to him I’m finally on that journey and the treatment is going really well! I feel confident and supported at every appointment. He always reassures me and uses his extensive knowledge to address any questions or concerns I have. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone considering orthodontic treatment and looking for a reliable and trustworthy orthodontist, who genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes.

Had to go today as an emergency for a tooth extraction. Am extremely nervous and usually need sedation. The dentist was the best ive ever had, although i was very scared he managed to inject me without me even realising and the tooth removed quickly and pain free. Best experience at a dentist ive ever had.

Absolutely wonderful staff and great dentists. 2 tricky extractions, needed for 15 years but anxiety and fear of blood put me off. Sedation was my only option. Great dentists helped calm my nerves the whole way though, even made a few jokes. Highly recommend....you will be in experienced, safe and caring hands

Unpleasant visit very unhigenic during the visit the dental nurse has changed her gloves once. In the mean time touching a dirty door handel and tounching all dental equipment that later go in patiens mouth!!! That should be sterile at all times. No matter what excuse whilest taking the x Ray card for it to read it gloves should be changed after that too ! Stuff should be trained to have some manners and learn how to say please and thank you, Made me feel unwelcome uncomfortable and I wont be coming back there !! Only good thing was the reception lady was super nice and made the experience better.
