The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional from the moment you walk through the door. ​One of the best things about this practice is how accommodating they are—they always seem to have convenient appointments available when I need them, and they are brilliant at working around a busy schedule. ​A special mention to Dr. Amro Baithoon, who is an exceptional dentist—he is always so professional, helpful, polite, gentle and puts you completely at ease. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They greeted me with warm smiles and handled my appointment check-in smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was how the front desk staff coordinated everything seamlessly. They sent me appointment reminders, were flexible when I needed to reschedule, and followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. You can tell they take pride in creating a positive experience for patients. The entire clinic clearly values patient comfort and excellent service. Dr Amro is very thorough, has a wonderful approachable character, very knowledgeable and skilled. Daria who is at reception is just excellent. Impressed today. Amro Baithoon spent time going through my symptoms and background on a fairly complex diagnosis .At no time did I feel hurried and I left with a clear plan of action, a further meeting scheduled, and a plan on what happens next if no improvement becomes apparent meantime. More than I expected and exactly what I'd hoped for.
