Total Orthodontics Slough

Having been previously messed around awfully at a orthodontist in maidenhead regarding my daughters braces , we went to our appointment here with apprehension. I definitely needed not to worry from the booking process, consultation and finally the fitting of the braces I could not of asked for a better process. The whole team here are friendly , polite and super professional. They completely put myself and daughter at ease , their bedside manner is perfect at dealing with patients . The price for fitting braces as well is very reasonable compared with other practices where quite frankly they made me feel like we was just a number and a big inconvenience. I really like the personal touch here . Obviously this is a long process and I’m hoping this outstanding level of care continues which I’m sure it will , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this orthodontist surgery

I started my treatment around two months ago and so far my experience has been great! the staff are incredibly friendly and answer all queries straight away. so far I am liking the progress on my teeth and it hasn’t even been a long time since I have had my braces in. I am looking forward to completing my treatment with total orthodontics.

It's our first time to visit the Total Orthodontics. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Leena provided a thorough presentation covering many details of the treatment and answered all our questions. We were told that Leena is a new consultant, but we felt like she has been offering consultation for a long time, as she is so professional and customer focused. We are very impressed. A really good start. We believe our treatment by Dr Bontari will be smooth and successful.

I'm currently having orthodontic treatment here and am really happy so far. I chose this practice, despite it being the furthest of the 2 other practices I had consultations with, mostly due to the time and care given by the liaison officer Jess. She put me at at ease about having braces as an adult and made me feel in safe hands. The dentist is a lovely lady who again takes time to answer any concern I have each visit. I'm amazed how much my teeth have moved already and can't wait for my big smile at the end. Definitely recommend this practice.

I had my first consultation last week. From the outset I found that the service I received was friendly, informative and professional. The surgery clearly respected Covid measures and followed them responsibly. During my consultation I was explained in a clear and open manner all the options available to me for my treatment. I met the orthodontist who was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. My consultation was with Jess. I found her to be very knowledge and extremely helpful. Jess was able to think outside the box and ask questions to the orthodontist on my behalf in a way that I could understand them easily. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the whole consultation. The pricing was clear and not beyond my expectations. I amvery pleased with the service so far.
